Job Summary
Creative Marketing Specialist responsible for monitoring advertising market and competitors, generating ideas for ad creatives, shaping creative strategy, testing hypotheses from idea to conclusion, breaking down winning creatives for insights, and collaborating with content teams to drive ROI. Requires experience in creative/performance marketing, strong metrics orientation, market/competitor analysis skills, initiative, adaptability to a fast-changing environment, and ability to influence strategy while delivering actionable insights. Fully remote role based in Kazakhstan with access to equipment, training, and extensive employee well-being benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in creative / performance marketing or adjacent background in content with a solid grasp of key metrics
- command of market-monitoring and competitor-analysis tools
