Job Summary
Creative Marketing Manager responsible for designing social media graphics and promotional assets, managing posting schedules across studio accounts, conceiving content ideas for Reels/TikToks, assisting in content strategies to drive engagement and growth, optimizing Instagram/TikTok captions and formatting, capturing and directing photo/video content at events, organizing content for marketing use, and supporting marketing operations, partnerships, and events across multiple locations in Montclair, NJ; Greenville, SC area; and West Boca, FL. The role is full-time and hybrid, reporting to marketing leadership with on-site support for events and shoots.
