Creative Marketing Coordinator

Creative Marketing Coordinator responsible for designing and overseeing visual content that communicates Mount Marty University’s brand and mission. Responsibilities include designing content and visuals, producing and editing photography and videography for marketing materials, creating visuals for websites, social media, campaigns, and print materials, developing creative storytelling approaches, collaborating with the marketing team to support enrollment, athletics, advancement, and faculty/staff projects, producing print communications and ads, managing digital projects (video, social posts, ads, emails, website updates), upholding strict brand standards, and supporting printers and vendors. Requires comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), experience in photography/videography, multi-media channel knowledge, ability to tell visual stories across channels, strong collaboration and communication skills, occasional weekend/evening availability, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or design (preferred).
