Job Summary
Design digital flyers, promotional materials, and social media assets including graphics and templates for properties, leasing events, and company announcements. Create engaging visual content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while supporting website design updates and managing a digital asset library of approved graphics and logos. Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Manager to align creative output with advertising campaigns and ILS platform requirements, ensuring all work adheres to brand standards and reflects a professional image. Resize existing assets for multiple platforms and develop branded templates for recurring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design, social media content, and branding
- Ability to take creative direction and produce work aligned with brand guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Must be available during core US East Coast hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Experience with website content management or basic web design
