Job Summary
Lead and evolve Eva's visual identity across all customer touch points, defining creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and retail activations. Set graphic design standards to scale output while protecting brand integrity, and art direct studio and location photoshoots overseeing styling, lighting, and set choices. Provide direction and mentorship to designers, ensuring high-quality creative output aligned with business goals. Oversee asset development across digital and offline channels, including retouching, video editing, and website UX/UI standards. Stay current with design trends to implement innovative techniques and AI platforms that improve workflow efficiency and brand expression.
Required Qualifications
- Superb design skills
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop
- Mastery of Adobe InDesign
- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in a similar role
- 4+ years of experience
- Expertise in visual storytelling
