Job Summary
Creative Lead responsible for producing engaging content for Universal Music Group artists and translating creative visions into impactful experiences. Lead the development and production of official creative assets, coordinating with internal digital, commercial, and marketing teams, artist management, and external partners as needed. Drive end-to-end campaign planning, ensure platform-specific best practices, and deliver timely assets that align with marketing strategies. Present creative direction to artists and management, manage junior executives, and collaborate across departments to maximize cultural and commercial impact for releases and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of cumulative experience in being an art-based creative or similar
- strong ability to lead teams/projects and impact globally
- proven track record in creative direction and production
