Job Summary

Creative Lead, Influencer Marketing responsible for translating campaign objectives into effective creative direction, developing content briefs, reviewing creator concepts and deliverables, and ensuring content is strategically positioned for success. Collaborates with Account Management, Strategy, Insights, and creators to ensure campaigns are built on strong creative foundations. Develop social-first creative strategies, lead brainstorming, build content frameworks and storytelling, stay ahead of social trends, provide actionable feedback to creators, evaluate content both creatively and for performance, coach creators to elevate quality while preserving their voice, analyze performance themes, and contribute to creative best practices across the agency. Proactively leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, research, and content analysis; manage multiple campaigns with high attention to quality and detail; participate in client-facing conversations and help evolve creative processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creative strategy, content strategy, or related field
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience developing creative briefs and providing creative direction for influencer or social-first campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Experience reviewing and evaluating creator content with a focus on storytelling, audience engagement, and platform performance
  • Ability to balance creative intuition with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, especially client-facing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to support creative development, research, and workflow efficiency
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, presentation software, and project management platforms
