Creative Lead

Job Summary
Creative Lead to own Bodily's brand visuals across digital, social, email, ecommerce, paid media, and packaging, ensuring a consistent elevated brand aesthetic across all touchpoints. Drive creative direction with ownership, partner with the CMO for alignment, and lead the work rather than wait for briefs. Leverage AI tools as a core part of the workflow to speed up production and unlock higher-quality creative. Responsibilities include developing visual systems and templates, designing assets for campaigns and ecommerce, creating weekly video and image assets for Meta and other paid channels, producing assets for PDPs and storefronts, and supporting packaging design. The role requires strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, experience with AI-enabled creative workflows, ability to move quickly while maintaining quality, and a portfolio showing range in typography, layout, branding, and storytelling. This is a remote, temp-to-full-time position based in the US with East Coast hours; conversion to full-time includes the Bodily benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Design proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
- Experience with AI tools in creative workflow
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling with AI image/video generation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable proposing creative direction and defending decisions
- Able to deliver across digital, social, email, ecommerce, paid media, and packaging
