Job Summary
Creative Execution Lead will oversee Tier 2 creative projects for the in-house/brand team, writing creative briefs, assigning and leading development, presenting direction to clients, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative operations, media, internal communications, sales) and external vendors to deliver assets that meet brand guidelines and project objectives. The role requires coordinating timelines and deliverables, maintaining records, and supporting senior leadership on high-priority projects in a hybrid, Madison, WI-based setting. Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and experience in financial services or a regulated environment are important, along with the ability to translate brand and business needs into effective creative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within an in-house agency or creative agency
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret brand and business needs and develop results-oriented media solutions to address those needs
- Experience in a highly regulated industry and previous working relationships with compliance and legal is a plus
