Job Summary
Creative Director responsible for defining and executing the overarching creative strategy across multiple brands, mentoring art directors and teams, and elevating brand storytelling through visual identity. Must bring 7–10 years of creative leadership, expert design and direction skills, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while occasionally traveling for on-site direction.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of creative leadership experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across brands
- Extensive experience in photo and video direction from concept to execution
- Deep understanding of brand systems and visual identity execution
- Proven ability to mentor and lead Art Directors and creative teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident in presenting ideas and leading creative discussions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for seasonal research and on-site creative direction
- Ability to produce high-quality, visually compelling work efficiently and accurately
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with action sports, moto, or cycling industries (preferred)
- Passion for healthy, active lifestyles and consumer trends in those communities
- Experience influencing brand storytelling across multiple brands (preferred)
