Job Summary
Own the full creative process for paid performance advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and other initiatives; personally produce 15-30 ad variants per week across static visuals, short-form video, and copy; write and guide conversion-focused copy; design high-quality statics and edit short-form videos using agile workflows in Figma and other tools; leverage AI tools for ideation, copy, image/video production, and scaling concepts; develop platform-specific creative strategies, monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR), and lead rigorous testing of hooks, formats, audiences, and offers; align creative output with landing page signals to optimize the full funnel from concept to checkout; collaborate directly with co-founders to build the creative function and potentially manage freelancers or junior creatives in the future; must be hands-on, producing ads and copy rather than only managing others; remote-friendly, US-based role with high autonomy and accountability.
