Job Summary
Own and evolve the visual identity of five hospitality brands across Instagram, events, and campaigns, acting as the final quality gate for all creative output from pre-production to post. Direct photographers and freelancers on set while maintaining consistent visual guidelines for typography, color, and motion. Build proactive content frameworks driven by performance data to ensure shareability, cultural relevance, and real engagement rather than generic aesthetics. Integrate AI tools into workflows and lead the in-house creative team in delivering high-standard visual storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, or senior design leadership
- Strong end-to-end production experience - from pre-production planning to final post-production delivery
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams
- Ability to manage multiple brand identities without making everything look the same
- Live on Instagram and deeply understand content performance
- Know the difference between content that 'looks good' and content that works
- Have experience building scalable content systems and workflows
- Be actively using AI tools within creative production and content creation
- Have exceptional visual taste across static, motion, video, print, digital, and environmental design
- Distinct multi-brand creative thinking
- Content that has generated engagement, shares, saves, press, or cultural relevance
- Strong art direction and storytelling sensibility
- A clear understanding of modern hospitality aesthetics and what should absolutely be avoided
- Visually obsessive
