Job Summary
Own fonio's entire visual and creative outward presence, managing brand, website, and paid ads across all channels. Lead and grow a three-person creative team by setting direction and quality standards without micromanaging. Give final sign-off on creative output and maintain a consistent standard across all channels while challenging concepts hands-on to lead by example. Report directly to the Director of Growth within a fast-growing European startup building AI voice agents for small businesses. Native German and strong English required.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or in a comparable leadership role
- German at native level
- very good English
