Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director, specializing in Food & Beverage interior design, to lead our design team in creating immersive, high-impact spaces. Key responsibilities include overseeing creative direction and concept development for F&B projects, translating brand strategies into spatial experiences, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and managing multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a progressive background in interior design, and proficiency in relevant design tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in interior design, with at least 5-7 years in a creative leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and completed F&B design projects
- Deep understanding of spatial design principles, lighting, materials, and FF&E for high-traffic hospitality environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software
