Job Summary

Translate brand strategy and audience insight into integrated campaign platforms that drive business results. Lead creative development from brief through production across multiple accounts, reviewing and elevating concepts, copy, and voice systems while protecting a clear brand throughline. Mentor Associate Creative Directors and emerging talent through coaching, feedback, and recruitment to build high-performing teams. Serve as a senior creative advisor who frames compelling narratives for clients, navigating feedback and stakeholder dynamics to build trust. Contribute to agency growth by leading pitches, thought leadership, and award submissions while establishing responsible AI practices that protect intellectual property and brand integrity.

  • ability to establish review standards for accuracy, originality, bias, disclosure, brand safety, client confidentiality, intellectual property, and usage rights
  • ability to know when AI adds value, when traditional craft or production is the stronger choice, and how to distinguish exploratory comps from approved final assets
