Job Summary

Creative Director to lead Barry’s global creative vision across campaigns, content, and in-studio environments; own end-to-end creative strategy, production direction (photoshoots, video, content), and brand standards while building and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver cohesive, premium experiences across digital, social, and experiential channels.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (agency or in-house brand environment)
  • Proven experience leading 360° brand campaigns and experiential creative
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact storytelling and brand-building work
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of premium lifestyle, fitness, fashion, or hospitality brands preferred
