Required Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component architecture, auto layout, variables, shared library management)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Solid understanding of design systems and brand governance
- Strong multi-platform digital design skills (web, email, social, display)
- Experience managing multiple deliverables with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent cross-functional communication with marketing, brand, project management, and creative teams
