Job Summary
Lead client engagements by conceptualizing and delivering high-impact visual assets, including pitch decks and digital collateral. Establish clear visual direction for campaigns to elevate brand authority while collaborating with internal teams to ensure outputs align with campaign calendars and technical specifications. Manage project workflows through organized file systems and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables. Participate in scheduled calls during 9–5 ET to receive direct feedback and iterate quickly on designs. Requires 2+ years of professional creative experience and elite proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional creative/design experience
- Elite proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment
- Comfortable working from a blank page and setting a visual direction
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with remote/offshore teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage variable workloads (5–20 hrs/wk range depending on project needs)
- Must be available for team and client calls during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B brands or agencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design range, craft, and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
