Creative Designer (Forward Deployed Creative)

Job Summary
Produce high-volume static ads, social assets, and performance creative while supporting video and UGC-style content. Translate client objectives and brand guidelines into clear creative decisions, running onboarding sessions and managing ongoing communication for enterprise clients. Use generative AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to scale individual requests into hundreds of high-quality assets monthly. Manage multiple clients, priorities, and production timelines while partnering with internal teams to maintain quality and consistency. This role requires balancing craft, commercial judgment, speed, and consistency across paid social, display, and digital channels within a small, AI-native team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience across paid social, display, and performance advertising
- Broad creative production skills rather than a narrow specialism
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools
- Good commercial judgement and an understanding of what makes creative perform
- Confidence producing content at high volume without compromising quality
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients
- A background in a creative or marketing agency, startup, or freelance environment
- A portfolio that shows your thinking from brief through to execution
- Strong English communication skills
