Job Summary
Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, and branding, while generating AI-powered images and videos using modern tools. Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies. This role requires 2–3 years of professional experience with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma, plus hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney and Runway. We are a 200+ person team of EV builders co-founded by former Ather Energy leaders, focused on solving the energy problem through rapid charging solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
- Strong creative ideation and visual storytelling skills for short-form video content
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage
- Experience in automobile, EV, or mobility sector
