Job Summary
Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for campaigns, actively refining briefs and direction rather than simply executing requests. Write conversion-focused copy aligned with brand voice and objectives, adapting messaging for social media, websites, email, and advertising across English and Spanish. Co-create with Design, Social Media, and Performance teams to ensure integrated execution, while researching trends and consumer behavior to inform concepts. Edit and optimize copy for clarity and quality, leveraging AI tools to support ideation and research. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards and brand consistency across all communications.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, creative writing, advertising, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency
- bilingual English/Spanish
- Bachelor's degree or professional background in Advertising, Communications, Philology, Literature, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Ability to work collaboratively across creative, marketing, social media, and performance teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms for content creation and creative development
- Location: Colombia resident, preferably of Bogotá
Desired Qualifications
- Basic video editing skills for social media content, particularly Reels and TikTok, including cuts, pacing, and subtitles
- Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific best practices to ensure copy feels native and relevant to each channel
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate insights into compelling concepts and messaging
- Ability to balance creativity with business and performance objectives
