Job Summary
Execute high-quality social and email content including polished carousels, b-roll videos, and marketing assets from provided scripts and concepts. Design visually distinctive formats that maintain premium brand standards without relying on cookie-cutter templates. Iterate quickly based on feedback to raise the creative bar across all deliverables. Work independently on two initial brand accounts with a clear path to grow into a Head Editor role overseeing additional editors. Maintain reliable communication throughout projects to ensure nothing stalls.
Required Qualifications
- A portfolio that demonstrates elite-level creative execution across carousels, video, and digital content
- Proven ability to take a script or concept and produce finished, polished assets independently without needing the copy rewritten or the concept re-explained
- Strong visual design and video production skills with a clear aesthetic sensibility
- Comfortable designing for social formats including carousels and b-roll video as well as email marketing assets
- Self-directed with strong creative judgment and the ability to produce distinctive formats rather than defaulting to what everyone else is doing
- Reliable communicator who delivers on time and flags issues early
- A genuine creative ambition that shows in the work
- 100% remote setup
- This role requires availability during US business hours
