Creative Content Designer (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Concept and produce Reels, TikToks, and short videos from shoot through edit to caption, while designing static visuals, graphics, and ads within brand contexts. Execute motion design animations and plan small video shootings for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube feeds. Actively monitor social media trends to translate them into platform-specific content ideas and evaluate AI-driven creative and production tools. Collaborate closely with the strategy and account team for consistent brand communication and maintain design templates for clients. This role combines graphic and motion design expertise with hands-on content creation, offering flexible part-time hours (50%) in a remote, hybrid, or on-site setting.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Grafik- und/oder Motion Design
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae) oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Nachweisliche Kenntnisse im Videoschnitt und in der Post-Production
- Erfahrung mit Kameraarbeit und Content-Produktion (Foto/Video)
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Social-Media-Ästhetik und Plattform-Logik
- Hands-on-Mentalität: du wartest nicht auf Briefings, sondern bringst Ideen ein
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
