Job Summary
Creative Automation Specialist responsible for driving automation-driven creative workflows within Flutter UK & Ireland’s Marketing Services. You’ll manage and optimize creative automation platforms (including DCO, templating, and dynamic content tools) in collaboration with design and media teams to deliver scalable templates and dynamic creative variations, enable rapid versioning and localisation, and ensure assets are tagged and delivered efficiently across channels. You will analyze creative performance and recommend automation-led improvements for speed, relevance, and impact in customer and commercial contexts. The role requires hands-on experience with AI platforms in marketing, familiarity with HTML/CSS, Digital Asset Management and CMS tools, and a strong understanding of responsible AI and governance. It involves working across multi-location teams in a multi-brand, multi-vertical business, with a focus on keeping Flutter at the forefront of marketing excellence and AI-enabled productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications or Applied Computer Science (preferred)
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms with familiarity of basic marketing metrics
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar technologies in a marketing context
- Exposure to creative tooling and automation solutions (Digital Asset Management, Content Management platforms akin StoryTeq, Video Automation, CMS)
- Experience building or supporting content creation and customer journey at scale
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and operating systems
- Comply with responsible AI, governance frameworks, & AI ethics
- Experience working in multi-location and cross-functional teams in a multi-brand and multi-vertical business
- Knowledge of Gen AI, large language models, and how AI products work
- Ability to stay current with AI developments and articulate AI capabilities to solve business problems
- Active use of Flutter’s AI tools to maximise productivity
