Job Summary
Prepare accurate artwork from approved design files for print and digital touchpoints by interrogating briefs and clarifying requirements before production. Ensure brand consistency, color accuracy, and visual cohesion while following quality, file build, file naming, and server protocols. Manage assigned workload and flag progress issues early. Leverage strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to create and adapt packaging artwork across multiple formats, SKUs, and variants. Deliver production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in artwork, packaging, print production, or design agency environments
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience creating and adapting packaging artwork across multiple formats, SKUs, and variants
- Good retouching, image manipulation, and file preparation skills
- Experience working with brand guidelines and execution standards
- Understanding of packaging and print production processes, including pre-press requirements
- Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and executional accuracy
- French&English required
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to FMCG packaging artwork production
- Experience working with structural packaging concepts, 3D pack visuals, or packaging mockups
- Knowledge of packaging materials, finishes, color management, and printing techniques
- Experience advising designers or client service teams on print feasibility and production requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field
