Creative Arts Facilitator

Contract/1099 Creative Arts Facilitator needed to deliver remote telehealth group sessions for Charlie Health. Responsibilities include integrating modalities such as yoga, art, dance, and music into treatment approaches (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus), facilitating group sessions in the evenings, collaborating with a clinical team, and working in a fully remote setup with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/survey software. The role requires working with a wide range of ages (children to adults), committing 9–40 hours per week, and completing state background checks where required. Certification as a creative arts facilitator is preferred. This 1099 contract role emphasizes flexible scheduling and remote delivery of care, with background checks paid by Charlie Health and rolling reviews for Colorado applicants; not available to Illinois applicants.
