Creative Arts Educator-SP/FET- SPARK Blue Downs- 2026

Plan, teach, and co-teach face-to-face and distance lessons while delivering academic and club content for Senior Phase and FET scholars. Collaborate with grade-level partners to develop rigorous learning experiences, create individualised behaviour and learning plans, and administer assessments to track student progress and proficiency ratings. Lead social and emotional development through Character Quotient sessions, monitor low- and high-performing scholars, and implement place-based and career pathway education. Develop SPARK culture, manage behaviour, and communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders while adhering to child protection and health safety policies. Attend Saturday events and parent meetings, submit data results, and promote the school's vision to the community.
