Job Summary
Coordinate production of services and events for Grace Church EP Auditorium and The Co, ensuring continuity and flow for weekly services and special events like "Black Diamond." Oversee the Sunday and The Co weekly schedule of special elements and announcements while working with Worship, Production, and Communications to coordinate meetings and teams. Manage the services and events planning process, including timing, service order, and necessary changes to ensure approved quality and culture. Recruit, develop, and support volunteers for the production and creative arts teams. Offer constructive feedback on service flow, guest experience, content, design, and ministry cross-promotion. Maintain a culture of excellence that glorifies God, utilizing tools like ProPresenter and Planning Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in the Production/Creative field preferred
- Knowledge of creative arts, production management, and some AVL operations
- Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively across departments
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20)
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using ProPresenter, Planning Center, Slack, Monday, and Basecamp preferred, or other service planning/team communications/project management software
