Job Summary
Creative and Marketing Operations Associate role focusing on end-to-end creative and marketing workflows, project management, and optimization through AI/tools adoption. Responsibilities include managing intake, tracking, timelines, and prioritization; coordinating cross-functional teams (Creative, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, UX/Digital Product, Merch, Sustainability, Owned Brand); supporting AI-driven process improvements and standardization; assisting with asset tracking, briefing/feedback cycles, and production operations including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and photoshoot logistics. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in creative/marketing operations or project management, strong organizational skills, familiarity with AI tools, proactive communication, and comfort working within defined processes. Preferred experience includes exposure to paid creative or performance marketing, vendor/budget/production workflow support, high-volume asset production, and using Airtable and Claude.
