Creative AI Technologist

Job Summary
Develop and integrate generative AI-driven solutions into creative workflows, building smart AI agents and new applications while overseeing infrastructure. Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to realize innovative proposals, leveraging tools like Claude Code for rapid application development. Manage technical feasibility, scalability, and costs for AI projects, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems. Train and fine-tune AI/ML models such as GPT and Stable Diffusion, and bridge the gap between technology and creative teams. Work within a compact team of 35 professionals at ACT. agency in Amsterdam's Houthavens, contributing to campaigns for major clients like Mercedes Trucks and Odido. The role offers direct access to the Digital Director and opportunities to lead external developers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met programmeren in talen zoals React, Next.js TypeScript, Python, Go of vergelijkbaar
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het trainen en/of fine-tunen van AI/ML modellen (zoals GPT, LoRA, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Pro in Claude Code met een ideale workflow ontwikkeld om applicaties mee te bouwen
- Kennis van werken met API's en RAG pipelines
- Op de hoogte van de nieuwste AI-trends en weten deze snel toe te passen in de praktijk, denk aan OpenClaw, MCP, A2A, multi-agent systemen, Hugging Face, Vibecoding en meer
- Kennis van tools zoals ComfyUI en ervaring met generatieve AI-modellen
- In staat om zelfstandig prototypes én applicaties bouwen
- In staat om technische haalbaarheid, schaalbaarheid en kosten van AI-projecten overzien
- In staat om externe developers aan te sturen en de brug te slaan tussen tech en creatie
- Woonachtig in Nederland

- Lezen elke dag in over de laatste AI-modellen én bijbehorende ontwikkelingen
- Weten wat een frontend en backend is
- Ervaring met het maken van frontends
- Hoge affiniteit met reclame en/of content
