Job Summary
Creative Account Manager responsible for building client relationships, guiding gifting initiatives from concept to revenue, expanding opportunities with senior stakeholders, and protecting margins while driving growth. Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact and liaison between internal teams, leading projects from concept through approval, prospecting new gifting opportunities, managing multiple priorities and timelines, and delivering consultative guidance that aligns client goals with Brilliant’s capabilities. Requires 3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales, or account management, and a proven track record of owning revenue targets, strong relationship skills with executive presence, exceptional written and verbal communication, and comfort with cross-functional collaboration and tech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, Front). The role supports a fully remote-US workforce, with compensation comprising a base salary and incentive-based compensation (OTE).
