Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all guests across Culinary Services, Retail, Housekeeping, Admissions, and the A-Team by creating an exceptional dining experience, stocking retail areas, maintaining attraction cleanliness, and greeting visitors at entry points. Prepare, cook, and present food according to safety standards while assisting guests with purchases in a quick and efficient manner. Ensure day-to-day cleanliness of grounds and restrooms, remove trash, and maintain safe environments by monitoring guest flow and operational needs. Actively display a servant attitude and humble spirit while adhering to core values of SERVE. Work in varied weather conditions standing for long periods, meeting lifting requirements of 25-75 pounds, and wearing proper personal protective equipment. Confirm agreement with the Statement of Faith and pass a background check.
