Job Summary
Develop CRE businesses by fully understanding market competition and formulating strategies that meet demand. Maintain strong customer relationships by promptly responding to enquiries and requests for advice regarding new or outstanding transactions. Undertake monitoring, statistics, and reporting of front office business while communicating credit risk matters with back-office departments. Lead diverse teams to concentrate on important work and support other teams through cross-marketing efforts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, several years of CRE experience, and the ability to read Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- Several years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good knowledge of CRE market
- Good CRE customer resource in surrounding Region
- Solid background knowledge of CRE business market
- several years of CRE business working experience
- Ability to read Chinese
