Job Summary
Originates and closes low-leverage investor CRE transactions through the mortgage broker channel as the primary CRE producer. Hunter with a portable network, targeting deals in the $2MM–$20MM space (average loan size ~ $10MM) and requiring proven annual production of $50MM+. Role emphasizes sourcing and closing opportunities rather than portfolio management, with compensation consisting of base salary plus uncapped commissions paid quarterly based on Effective Annual Production. Notable requirements include deep connectivity in the mortgage broker community and ability to operate within disciplined leverage constraints. Positions available in Los Angeles, Denver, and Dallas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have proven CRE production experience and a network in the mortgage broker community; experience sourcing investor CRE deals in $5–25MM range; stable career history; background at a commercial bank with institutional CRE capability
