Job Summary
CRDU Risk & Control - AVP role within the CRDU Governance team in Pune, India. Drive the resolution of Pillar 3 (CRR3/Off BS) audit findings, ensure actions are completed on time and aligned with internal and regulatory standards. Identify and address issues within remediation efforts, coordinate with internal and external audits by providing necessary data and tracking audit-related changes. Prepare and present clear updates on remediation status, progress, and results to stakeholders and management. Maintain thorough records of remediation activities and audit responses, and collaborate with various teams across the bank to support remediation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Good Knowledge of regulatory requirements like ECB, CRR, CRD, Basel3 & Basel3.1 requirements
- Understanding of exposure calculation under different models e.g. SA-CCR and IMM
- Knowledge of Exposure Metrics like RWA, TCD, Output floor, EPE/EE, Statistical Modelling (Monte Carlo Simulation, etc.)
- Team management experience
- An analytical mindset and good approach to problem solving
- Experience of process change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and structured working approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment
