CRDN-Key Account Supervisor-Xian

Promote and sell Medtronic products within assigned geographic areas and specific customer accounts to meet sales targets. Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals, while pursuing leads and assessing needs. Conduct market research on customers and competitors, implement market development plans, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders like R&D and Marketing. Manage large accounts involving multiple team members, providing guidance and training to lower-level sales professionals. Close sales through advanced negotiation and presentations, and influence external suppliers and vendors regarding policy and procedures. Establish and maintain product distributions, drive adoption and penetration in accounts, and contribute to department goal development.
