Job Summary
Lead sales and account management for Medtronic's products within an assigned geographic area and/or key accounts in Xiamen. Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders; pursue leads, assess needs, and deliver product services to maximize benefits. Promote product education, conduct market research on customers and competitors, implement market development plans, and communicate customer feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing. May direct other sales professionals, manage large accounts, and contribute to sales strategy, planning, and execution to achieve targets. Demonstrates autonomy in managing accounts, negotiates with external suppliers/customers, and drives adoption and penetration in accounts, with emphasis on relationship-building and sales execution.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
