Job Summary
Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) provide support, coordination and leadership for a portfolio of clinical research studies including industry-sponsored trials, ensure compliance with FDA/GCP and IRB requirements, assist with IRB submissions, recruit and screen participants, collect and manage study data, and support budgeting and quality assurance; requires Bachelor's degree, Minnesota RN license, and 1+ year clinical research coordination experience; involves ensuring human subject protection, consent processes, data integrity, regulatory documentation, and collaboration with study sponsors and vendors; salary $65,000-$75,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minnesota RN license
- Certification by CCRC or ability to obtain within two years (ACRP or SOCRA)
- 1 year clinical research coordination experience or equivalent
- MS Office proficiency
- Epic EMR proficiency
- CITI training compliance
- BLS certification
