Assist lead technicians in installing crawlspace encapsulation systems, including vapor barriers, insulation, and sealing materials. Responsibilities include installing and setting up moisture controls for dehumidifiers, sump pumps, drain piping, air sealing in crawlspaces to Lee Company standards, connecting and configuring related controls, and ensuring proper drainage and air quality. Candidates should have a High school diploma or equivalent; prior related field experience is preferred. Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, airflow, duct materials, and basic electrical work is beneficial. Training is provided through Lee Company University and on-the-job development.
