Job Summary
Inspect crawlspaces to identify moisture issues, structural concerns, pest activity, mold growth, and insulation deficiencies. Install crawlspace encapsulation systems, vapor barriers, insulation, sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and ventilation solutions per manufacturer specifications and company standards. Perform pest exclusion treatments and preventative measures to minimize infestations. Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings, recommendations, and preventive maintenance instructions to customers. Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment, follow OSHA and company safety procedures with PPE, and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and safety compliance. Represent the company professionally through punctuality, courteous communication, and a clean appearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
