Job Summary
Repackage parts for shipment to IMW customers, verifying packaging meets current branding specifications while prioritizing efficiency and quality. Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or equipment. Perform periodic cycle counts, record results, and assist with general inventory counts. Complete all applicable quality records and work in accordance with documented policies. Be punctual and available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Good spatial analysis capability for packaging
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Have an eye for detail and pride in one's work
- Ability to work independently
- Positive team player
- Able to take instructions and follow through
- Be punctual and available for a minimum of 24 hours a week
- Overtime as required
Desired Qualifications
- ERP know how and/or computer knowledge
- Experience with hand tools
