Job Summary
Seal and crate finished products to prepare for shipping, then operate a pallet jack to stage items for shipment. Collaborate with other departments and teammates while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. Read work instructions, communicate effectively with team members, and write work orders and emails. Assist in quality department areas as assigned, including Inspection and MRB activities, while performing other related duties as reasonably assigned. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working on the production and warehouse floor.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able a pallet jack and other manual equipment within a warehouse environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to read work instructions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members
- Must be able to write work orders and emails
- Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality
- Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Relevant work experience in lieu of diploma/GED is acceptable.
