Job Summary
Crate Shop Crew will assist in crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations. Responsibilities include creating crates based on company standards and customer requirements, preparing and packaging various commercial and consumer products for storage, determining appropriate storage and location of property and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regularly lift 40+ pounds
- The ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
- Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead
