Job Summary

Cranial Clinical Specialist to support Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products and affiliated services in hospitals within their aligned territory; provide educational support and hands-on training to surgeons, OR staff, and administrators during INR installs and ongoing customer needs; enable successful capital and implant installations, collaborate with implant teams to grow Globus Medical’s business, and travel up to 90% to customer sites. Based near Boston, MA, the role requires in-depth technical knowledge, field training delivery (cadaver/bio-skill labs), and cross-functional collaboration with sales and clinical teams to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic achievement
  • Minimum 2 years clinical support or relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • Spine experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of operating room environment
  • Ability to travel up to 90%
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence
  • Experience supporting new and disruptive technologies is a plus
