Crane Technician II

Job Summary
Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations, OSHA equivalent inspections, and troubleshooting breakdowns. Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls while executing electrical and/or mechanical adjustments with or without engineered drawings. Document all service and installation actions through forms, reports, and inspection checklists. Maintain professional presentation and organization while interfacing with customers to examine complaints and recommend system improvements. This role requires 5+ years of troubleshooting experience, ability to work at height and in extreme temperatures, and a valid driver's license. Located in Neenah, WI, the position supports Lift Solutions Holdings' commitment to safety and efficiency in industrial lifting solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment
- Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits
- Previous overhead crane and scissor lift experience
- Ability to work at height, in extreme temperature and noisy locations
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs
- Perform inspections to OSHA criteria
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills both internally and externally
- Quality and results driven while maintaining a safety mindset
- Required to use own hand tools and meter
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree with concentration in Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Technology
