Job Summary
Ensure safety first while operating cranes, lifting loads, and setting up equipment in compliance with State and Federal laws. Review next day's job assignments at shift end, prepare rigging and equipment, and complete Field Tickets and payroll books daily. Inspect, clean, and maintain cranes and vehicles, including filling out inspection reports. Program crane computers, interpret load charts, and verify signal person hand signals before lifting. Assist in training new operators and perform assigned duties. This full-time role at RMS Wind in Casper, WY requires a CDL and NCCCO license with three years of hydraulic crane experience.
Required Qualifications
- current state issued Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- current crane operating license (NCCCO)
- 3 or more years of operating hydraulic cranes
- Ability to operate crane by viewing hand signals
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems
