Crane Operator

Operate a crane and other heavy machinery, including excavators and loaders, to erect structures, excavate, move and grade earth, or pour concrete as directed. Perform routine equipment inspections, conduct jobsite safety walk-throughs, and follow all health and safety regulations. Coordinate machine actions with crew members responding to hand or audio signals while completing necessary paperwork such as permits and lift plans. Perform hands-on construction-laborer work including concrete walls, foundations, and structural steel erection. Train others in experienced tasks and actively participate in work planning and continuous improvement. Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned, stored properly, and assist with inventory management.
