Job Summary
Operate cranes (NCCCO licensed) with safe lifting, proper set-up, and rigging; review next-day job assignments and prepare rigging and equipment; complete Field Tickets and payroll; inspect and maintain equipment; carry and respond to phone/pagers; assist in crane safety training; review crane manuals; read load charts; program crane control for setup; verify signal person understands hand signals; ensure proper rigging techniques for safe lifts; inspect crane/truck/trailer and file inspection reports; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current crane operating license (NCCCO).
- 3 or more years of operating Hydraulic, Conventional, Crawler, or Tower Cranes required.
