Job Summary
Operate the crane safely per job site requirements, conduct daily safety checks, and monitor stability and load weights. Assist in crane setup, make minor machinery repairs, and communicate issues to the supervisor immediately. Keep reports and documentation of necessary information while performing additional assignments. Work out of the Liberty, NC location with a schedule that may include overtime, overnight, and weekend shifts. Requires a Class A CDL, NCCCO certification, and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL License
- Clean Driving Record
- NCCCO Certification
- Minimum of one year of verifiable operating experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety
- Continually walk/stand on surfaces which may be even/uneven, stable/unstable, and varying compositions
- Work in awkward spaces and/or positions including confined spaces and climbing
- The ability to routinely lift up to 81+ pounds and push up to 60 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Depth perception
- Peripheral vision
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for overnight work
- Must be available for weekend work
- Must pass pre-employment investigations
- Must pass physical functionality evaluations
- Must pass criminal background checks
- Must pass MVR evaluations
- Must pass skills evaluations
- Must pass drug evaluations
