Job Summary
Crane Operator responsible for safe crane operations, load hookup and hoist control, and maintenance in an aluminum manufacturing setting. Duties include adhering to 5S and safety procedures, operating crane controls via pedals, levers, and buttons, attaching loads to hooks, inspecting crane components for defects, and coordinating with supervisors to complete daily/weekly schedules. Requires high school diploma and 3+ years of crane operating experience, strong time management, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3 or more years experience as a crane operator
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties listed above
- Good Time Management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Problem solving abilities and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment
